Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units.
• Rent units, manage store merchandise, and handle payments via POS.
• Perform daily bank deposits and follow up on late payments.
