Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will balance customer service with property maintenance, walking the property, leasing units, and handling payments using our POS system.

You will also perform daily maintenance, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support the team with a positive, can-do attitude. This role may include weekend hours and requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Comfort delivering high quality service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven and able to focus on operations.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks (standing, walking, occasional lifting).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and identify self-storage needs.
• Provide outstanding customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Show units, process leasing, and handle payments with POS.
• Perform daily property checks and upkeep tasks.
