Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to help customers identify their storage needs and provide exceptional service. You will interact with customers in person, show units, and manage leasing, payments, and daily deposits.

The role emphasizes a positive, self-driven attitude with strong operational discipline, ability to work Saturdays, and comfort with basic computer tasks; training and growth opportunities are available as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent storage units, manage the leasing process, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
