CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer service and property maintenance across stores. You will build relationships, identify storage needs, and deliver a standout customer experience while meeting sales goals and handling leasing, payments, and daily tasks.

The role emphasizes moving between customer service and property upkeep, with daily duties like unit showings, lock checks, and ensuring a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks as described (standing, kneeling, bending, ladders).

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interacting face to face with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and processing deposits.
