Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support two key areas: Customer Service and Property Maintenance. You will interact with customers, identify self-storage needs, and help drive safe, clean facilities.

You will walk the property daily, process payments, assist with leasing, and maintain cleanliness. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work Saturdays.

• Willingness to work Saturdays and adapt to varied store hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, processing payments via POS, and handling daily deposits.
