Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for certain facilities.
• Associates must attend and complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and service standards are met, resolving issues and implementing action plans.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and fosters belonging.
• Maintains compliance with policies and Open Door principles while supporting ethics and integrity.
