• Preferred qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; and a certificate in People and Business Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, coaching, and feedback; supervise hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, and assign duties.
• Oversee store operations, budget, forecasting, and controllable expenses; ensure merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
• Drive store sales, analyze PL/Loss statements, and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and exceptional customer service; apply Walmart values across the organization.
