Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Store Leader in Little Rock, AR to drive store performance and develop high-performing teams. You will lead hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations while ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to Walmart's Open Door Policy.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and operational processes to achieve sales and profit goals, while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement across associates and store operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and training associates, actively listening and providing feedback.
• Manage customer service initiatives and ensure issues are resolved, using the One Best Way service model.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensure proper merchandising and shrink mitigation.
• Promote a sense of belonging; recruit, train, mentor, and develop qualified associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy; apply ethics and integrity in all business processes.
