• Attending and completing all required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, mentors associates, and provides feedback.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting and expenses.
• Ensures excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
