Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the facility's daily operations and manage the management team.
• Drive sales and profitability by controlling expenses and budget planning.
• Oversee customer service standards and merchandising with accurate pricing and in‑stock levels.
• Coordinate training and development through the Academy program and staff engagement.
• Foster a culture of belonging, integrity, and community outreach.
