- Preferred: Bachelor's degree through Live Better U / Bellevue University with leadership focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and listening to store associates during store tours.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates on store operations, initiatives, and change efforts.
- Model exceptional customer service and support customer initiatives, ensuring staff deliver high-quality experiences.
- Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts, and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
- Supervise hourly associates, provide coaching, recognition, and development opportunities; promote belonging in the workplace.
