Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards using Walmart’s One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; build accountability and measure progress.
