Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings and assessments (Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; communicating store direction and changes.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; promotes belonging mindset.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics; supports Open Door Policy and core Walmart values.
