• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensures customer needs are met with exceptional service following Walmart OBW model.
• Drives sales and financial performance, monitors PL statements, and reduces shrink.
