• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards following the OBW service model and drives customer satisfaction.
• Manages store operations including merchandising, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to drive sales.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, integrity and collaboration across levels of the organization.
