Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic leader to drive store operations in Jacksonville, AL. You will lead and develop teams, oversee customer service initiatives, and manage budgeting and merchandising to meet sales and profit goals.

The role emphasizes integrity, belonging, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include supervising hourly associates, implementing action plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
• Tour stores, provide feedback, and communicate company direction and change initiatives.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure high quality customer experience through OBW service model and customer initiatives.
• Promote belonging and inclusivity while complying with company policies and ethics.
