Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by managing budgets, forecasts and expenses, and ensuring merchandise presentation.
• Oversees customer service initiatives, inventory flow and store operations to ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Promotes belonging in the workplace by assigning duties, setting expectations and recognizing associates.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drives continuous improvement.
