Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through coaching and feedback, ensuring execution of OBW customer service standards.
• Oversee store operations, budget, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales goals.
• Maintain compliant, appealing merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink reduction plans.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, recruit and retain talent, and foster a culture of belonging.
