Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Teach, coach, and develop associates on processes and standards.
• Lead omni-channel fulfillment and product flow.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and merchandising presentation meet brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Train and supervise new hires.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink.
• Maintain safety policies for associates and customers.
