Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and merchandising, driving sales and profitability. You will coach associates to execute processes with speed and accuracy, maintain floor stock and pricing standards, and lead omni-channel fulfillment efforts to enhance the customer experience.

You will also direct training, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities for quick actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead customer service at point of sale to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Ensure pricing, signing, and merchandising standards follow brand direction.
• Coach and train associates on processes, inventory and loss prevention basics.
• Direct replenishment and floor remerchandising based on sell-through and seasonality.
