Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, driving sales and profitability. You will coach and develop associates to ensure consistent execution of processes and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, merchandising direction, pricing execution, and adherence to policies while maintaining strong KPI performance. A retail background with managerial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to develop and manage personnel.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and develop associates to execute processes with accuracy and speed.
• Lead pricing, merchandising presentation and customer service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and loss-prevention standards.
• Partner with leadership to manage staffing, training and performance.
