Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• College degree or equivalent in retail or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Teach, coach and develop associates on operational, service and merchandising processes.
• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving, stockroom management and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor through replenishment and floor remerchandising.
• Lead pricing activities, including price changes, signage, and ticketing procedures.
• Support loss prevention by educating associates and monitoring daily store activity.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to meet customer needs and workload demands.
