Job summary

Kohl's in Toledo, OH is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and merchandising, coach associates, and drive sales and profitability. You will teach and develop team members to execute processes with consistency and efficiency.

You will manage floor replenishment, pricing, signage, customer service, and omni-channel fulfillment while upholding Kohl’s visual standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes.
• Lead floor replenishment, pricing changes, and merchandising presentation.
• Ensure omni-channel fulfillment and accurate stockroom processes.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing to meet workload and performance goals.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and safety standards.
