Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead and train associates on operational, service, and merchandising processes.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and manage floor replenishment and remerchandising.
• Direct point-of-sale and customer service to ensure fast, excellent service and customer experience.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, signage, and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink and protect assets.
