Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including planograms and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership during shifts.
• Oversee truck unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock, replenishment, and shrink-reduction efforts.
