• Strong workload planning and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards
• Lead truck execution, including unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, integrity, and stock movement
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement
• Complete price changes on time to maintain pricing integrity
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and order accuracy
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with accurate inventory adjustments
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building
• Partner in Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink
