Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Philadelphia, PA area. This role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to maintain pricing integrity and promotional execution.

You will support a customer-ready store environment, manage workload planning, and ensure in-stock levels and proper stock movement. Flexibility for varied shifts is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and flow merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
