Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising and inventory management skills.
• Experience with SOPs and store policies.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and maintain store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sorting and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and align staffing with business needs.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized store environment and backroom.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with proper signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes on time and maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding.
• Support Asset Protection practices.
