Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Good reading and written language skills (English).
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outgoing packages, including curbside orders, ship from store, and pick-up orders.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Execute visual merchandising standards to engage customers.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for purchase.
• Provide excellent service and uphold company standards in selling and teamwork.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management when needed.
• Support store safety standards and security guidelines.
• Contribute to store profitability and operational excellence.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement.
