Job summary

Crate and Barrel is hiring an Operations Associate to maintain efficient stockroom operations and support the salesfloor. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and well-presented displays.

You will greet customers, handle payments, assist with stock checks, merchandising, and safety compliance while collaborating with the store team to uphold policies. A positive attitude and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic store systems and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside orders.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and ready for customers.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, escalate as needed.
• Support store safety standards and training.
• Participate in loss prevention awareness and guidelines.
• Assist with promotions and pricing as needed.
