Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. You will handle customer order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising while upholding store policies and safety.

You will work with the store team to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and willingness to learn our systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn store systems and procedures

Responsibilities

• Process stock and curbside orders, ship from store, and other fulfillment tasks
• Assist in preparing stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties
• Maintain organized stockroom and execute stock checks
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Assist with ensuring products and displays are stocked and ready for customers
• Provide excellent service, respond to customer questions, and involve management as needed
• Uphold store safety standards and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist store leadership in driving profitability and operational excellence
