Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to help maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. You will ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and well-presented displays while upholding company policies and safety.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will learn and utilize relevant systems to support pricing, promotions, and store operations. A positive attitude and strong multitasking are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside and ship from store.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain organized stockroom.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers to purchase.
• Provide excellent service and uphold company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, involve management as appropriate.
• Support store safety standards and training.
• Assist in loss prevention and store policy adherence.
• Lead by example and support management in profitability and operations.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Communicate promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Promote the brand with customer engagement and demonstrations.
