Job summary

Burlington Stores in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead front-line teams and oversee store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism. You’ll coach cashiers and supervisors, drive results, and partner with shift leaders to maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires hands-on leadership, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving policy compliance and asset protection.
• Supervise Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process and inventory accuracy with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional teams.
