Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience; 2+ years in leadership.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program for store management.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and supervising associates.
• Support customer service, sales, and profitability initiatives.
• Learn and execute SOPs, safety, and loss prevention processes.
• Oversee daily operations across departments during training.
