Insomnia Cookies in Henderson, NV is actively hiring for a Store Operations Manager (GM) to lead our hospitality-focused team. You will hire, coach and develop staff, ensure outstanding customer service, maintain store cleanliness and drive sales in a fast-growing bakery delivery concept.

The role offers a competitive base starting at $27.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) match, two weeks of vacation and paid personal days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Hospitality-focused with strong customer service.
• Proficient with business software and staff hiring tools.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• Lead service components including food quality, customer service, employee friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing quality, customer service and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.
