Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Proficiency with restaurant/retail software and MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience hiring using an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Drivers.
• Lead service quality, customer engagement, team friendliness and store cleanliness.
• Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality, service and sales performance.
• Manage inventory controls and audits.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
