Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team, manage sales, inventory, staffing and finances while ensuring safety and quality. This full-time role requires flexibility, including early mornings, overnight shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
