Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

The role focuses on leading a productive team, managing sales, inventory, staffing and financials, and ensuring effective communication and action plans to improve operations and service. Full-time and community-focused.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
