Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance, build customer loyalty, and lead by example under the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include supervision, staffing, training, inventory and financial management, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a flexible full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills are necessary.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Communicate information openly and timely to staff and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
