Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, supervise a team, and enhance customer service while managing staffing, inventory, and finances.

The role requires leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. This is a hands-on management position outside the Retail Management Development Program.

• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
