Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
• Manage store operations in alignment with company standards and policies.
• Analyze store reports and payroll to control expenses and scheduling.
• Lead training and development of Associates and enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company procedures.
