Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment required or preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model ALDI core values and maintain teamwork.
• Monitor local market to maintain competitive position and adjust as needed.
• Provide product feedback and participate in store interviews.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls are followed.
• Resolve store operational customer concerns in the absence of the direct leader.
