The role offers full-time hours, with a starting wage of $27.00 per hour and a wage increase to $28.00 per hour in year 2; average weekly hours are 38.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Models company values and fosters teamwork among employees.
• Monitors local market and informs leadership of adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Manages payroll, inventory counts, and training of new employees.

Education
