Job summary

Burlington Stores in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and service teams. You will coach Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors, oversee Receiving and inventory accuracy, and partner with district leadership to drive store results.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, policy compliance, and ensuring outstanding customer service while upholding Burlington's standards of professionalism and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth registers and customer flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, and maintain inventory accuracy with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty to drive store results and professionalism.
