Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail, thrift, or consignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and staff training.
• Drive sales and customer service performance through leadership.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and POS operations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and loss prevention practices.
• Prepare daily sales reports and oversee inventory.
