Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Manager in daily store operations, including sales leadership, merchandising, production, customer service, and training.
• Responsible for ensuring the store's daily sales and operational success in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service leadership and employee training.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
• Oversee deposits and cash handling procedures with store leadership.
• Supervise, interview, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Attend and participate in meetings; support other duties as needed.
