Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms/ammunition, eligibility checks may apply and CBC requirements may be needed.
• Associates will be required to attend all trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Drives store operations, customer service, merchandising and community initiatives to meet objectives.
• Manages budget, forecasts, expenses, and inventory to ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Coordinates job-related activities, supports plans, and builds accountability for results.
