Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete all required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback and supervision.
• Drives store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory, and customer service initiatives to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door guidance.
