• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer needs and issues using the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
