Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leader in DELAFIELD, WI to drive team performance, service excellence, and store profitability. You will teach and mentor associates, ensure customer needs are met, and promote continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, and enforcing company policies while delivering a high quality customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms: successful completion of a firearms‑specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Associates with state requirements may need Certificate of Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Model exceptional customer service by following the OBW service model and resolving customer issues.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales goals.
• Develop action plans to correct deficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, and mentor to meet staffing needs.
